Get to Know Me

Hailing from Charleston, South Carolina, Olivia’s love for architecture, history, and interior design started at a very young age. Olivia began her career as a legal assistant directly out of high school and stayed in the legal field for over a decade. Working “behind the scenes” in real estate law and contract litigation, she saw the other side of a real estate transaction before deciding to make the switch.

After visiting the Roaring Fork Valley for the past decade, when the opportunity to relocate to the valley full-time arose, Olivia and her fiancé, who co-owns and operates a local luxury transportation company, jumped at the chance. Olivia worked as a rental and marketing coordinator for one of the top brokers in Aspen before joining The McLendon Team as a Licensed Assistant.
 
Olivia specializes in rentals from high-end luxury homes to downtown core condos. Her passion and dedication to the real estate field are evident in her work ethic and skills. She is here to stay and ready to help you find your dream home, whether it be your first vacation to Aspen or an investment property for rental income.
