Meet Etta McLendon

Etta co-founded The McLendon Team with her husband, Ian, with the goal of delivering the highest level of service and results to real estate clients in Aspen and Snowmass. Together, they have become market leaders in sales volume in a short matter of time.

As a former magazine editor, Etta’s professional background informs The McLendon Team’s magazine-quality real estate marketing.

Whether working with a buyer or seller, Etta prides herself on process. She provides crisp transaction management and an ability to communicate the pillars of the Colorado real estate contracts in an easily digestible way. 

Etta graduated with honors from both St. Paul’s School and Barnard College at Columbia University. She lived in New York City for many years working as a photo editor before becoming the editor-in-chief of Aspen Peak magazine and writing for Vogue.com.

A product of Powder Pandas ski school at Buttermilk, Etta is an enthusiastic skier, fly-fisherperson and tennis player. The McLendons can often be found hiking the hills of Old Snowmass with their daughter, Blair, and English cocker spaniel, Charlie.
